finding ways to be creatively nourished



Food I get. Food works. You add heat, yummy ingredients, and keep adding as you go. It still works. It’s still nourishing and an accomplishment.

Technology, I don’t get. It only works 50% of the time . . . so on the technology end of things, bear with me. When the site has a glitch or I haven’t posted in a while, it’s probably because I just chucked my computer across the room and am in line at the apple store hoping my warranty will cover rough handling.

The blog will contain mostly soy-free, dairy-free, refined sugar, and wheat flour-free recipes – but I’ve been known to cheat. Some dishes are just too good to not use traditional ingredients.

The recipes are adapted and taste-tested from my own kitchen unless otherwise stated.
